A family-owned, much beloved cottage that we share part of the year with our guests. Three-bedrooms sleep up to 8 people (maximum 6 adults). Easy commute from GTA: in less than two hours you can enjoy a lakefront sunset. Private beach with a boat launch and a dock, is perfect for swimming, fishing, and watersports.

- Less than 2 hours from GTA, waterfront cottage on Lake Dalrymple (Kawartha Lakes).
- Close to Orillia and Casino Rama.
- Located on Carden Alvar, a rare habitat, home to unique birds, plants and butterflies.

Activities
- Calm lake with a shallow shoreline is perfect for swimming, fishing and watersports.
- Two kayaks and an aluminum boat are available for our guests to use.
- Relax near the waterfront or by a bonfire, walk amongst mature trees, and watch incredible sunsets from the deck.
Rental Rules
- Check-in: 4 p.m.
- Check-out: 10 a.m.
- No smoking inside the cottage.
- Please leave the cottage and the property in the same condition as it was upon arrival – tidy, clean swept and welcoming.
- Leave all garbage in tied clear bags in bins near driveway.
- Please bring your own bedding, pillows and towels, and don’t forget marshmallows to roast around the campfire!
